Hayden came to the SBDC seeking assistance expanding his fledgling coffee roasting company. Specifically, he wanted to purchase a new, larger roaster, renovate his facility and purchase some inventory. We helped Hayden develop the financial projections he would need to show an investor the viability of his plans. With our assistance, Hayden was successful in securing $70,000 from a private investor and has been able to expand his business. Hayden sells roasted coffee to several local outlets and is expanding sales beyond the immediate geographic region.
