Wynne is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a Concentration in Business Law. An entrepreneur since the age of 7; Wynne has over 30 years of entrepreneurship and business ownership experience including retail, professional services, technology, and manufacturing. Since 2001, Wynne has successfully consulted thousands of entrepreneurs, businesses, and community organizations. She is known for her creativity and innovation in the development of new businesses by offering in-depth experience and assisting them from concept to profitability to exit strategy. Wynne has a passion to work with Young Entrepreneurs. She enjoys coaching and mentoring youth towards years of success while helping them realize business ownership and self-employment as a viable career option. Wynne is establishing a young entrepreneurship mentoring program and summer camp for youth to start and thrive as successful business owners.

In July of 2020, Wynne was appointed Regional Director for the Maryland Small Business Development Center – Southern Maryland Region.

Since 2016 she has worked with the U.S. Small Business Administration, Maryland Small Business Development Center – Southern Maryland Regional Office as the Business, Management, Technology & Manufacturing Consultant and consults select industries Statewide. She also enjoys assisting the Retail and Restaurant industries as they often have the highest failure rates among business types and need additional support or guidance to ensure success. Wynne is an AASBC Certified Business Consultant and a Certified Technology Business Consultant from the Institute for Technology Commercialization at the University of Houston. As the SBDC Technology Liaison for the Southern Maryland Region, she has assisted in taking technological concepts through the technical and intellectual commercialization process to the mass market. As the Maryland SBDC Statewide Manufacturing Consultant, she has assisted startup entrepreneurs and Fortune 500 companies.

During the America's Small Business Development National Center Conference in Long Beach, California – Wynne was awarded the top honor of Maryland SBDC State Star recognizing her as the top business consultant in the State of Maryland for 2019.  In January 2021, Governor Hogan Appointed Wynne as a member of the Maryland Governor's Commission on Service and Volunteerism. Wynne was Appointed as a member of the newly formed Transforming Manufacturing in a Digital Economy Workgroup on behalf of Senator Chris West, Delegate Lily Qi, and the Maryland Department of Commerce in August of 2021, among top leaders in the Maryland Manufacturing industry. Wynne is highly engaged in the Maryland business community.

Bill has an extensive background in small business lending in Southern Maryland, having held key management positions in both large and small commercial banks for 20 years. He is knowledgeable about financing options, loan structures, SBA loan programs including 7(a) and 504, financial projections, business evaluations, marketing and management assistance. His “hands-on” management in a true small business - a community bank – provided major insights. Bill joined the SBDC in May 2000. He has utilized his experience and expertise to benefit entrepreneurs and small businesses in the region.

Bill has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Accounting from Salisbury University in Maryland. Bill is also a graduate of the Graduate School of Retail Bank Management at the Darden School of Business, University of Virginia.

Dr. Clinton served in the US Army and is a Vietnam Era Veteran. Dr. Clinton retired after 26 years with the Department of the Navy. He has years of specialized acquisition protection and management experience for small businesses. He is the owner of a Small Business Reserve, Veteran-Owned Small Business. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Project Management, Master of Business Administration in  Operations Management, and Doctor of Theology (Th.D.).

Dan Rebarchick was born and raised in St. Mary’s County. While attending Great Mills High School he worked for Lenny’s Restaurant and was a volunteer fire fighter. Upon graduation from Great Mills High School he attended the Culinary Institute of America where he earned his AOS degree from the State of New York. After graduation he moved to the Washington DC area where he worked as a chef for a variety of different restaurants, and hotels increasing his experience in the hospitality Industry. In 1981 he and his family returned to St Mary’s County where he became a third generation Chef/Owner continuing to support the community and operating the family business.

During his career as a business owner he designed and built a hotel and several restaurants. He was an active member in the Chamber of Commerce serving on the Board of Directors for 7 years as well as Businessperson of the Year in 2005 He began a small business initiative to support local independent businesses.

Dan is passionate about being a Chef and has always been an advocate of small business. He understands the trials and tribulation of operating a small business, especially in such a changing world. His past affiliations include the National Restaurant Association, Hollywood Optimist Club and Kiwanis Club. He is currently the President of the Southern Maryland Center for Family Advocacy which supports St, Mary’s, Charles and Calvert counties.
