Evan Kelly established Rock Run Surveying, LLC to meet the surveying needs of the local Cecil County and surrounding areas and since then the business has grown by providing services for both residential and commercial clients throughout Maryland. 

Rock Run Surveying, LLC services include boundary surveying and mapping, 3D terrestrial scanning, aerial drone mapping, topographic surveying, and numerous other services.   

Rock Run Surveying. LLC is FAA certified, and all work is overseen by a professional surveyor to ensure work is accurately completed with a precise focus to exceed client expectations.   

Maura Van Syckle, SBDC consultant in Cecil County, worked with Mr. Kelly to develop a business plan, source market research and assist with the technical aspects of establishing a new business structure in Cecil County Maryland.
